→ Spearheaded Quest Bakeshop’s first bakery-category launch (~$51M Year 1 gross business-case revenue), achieving On-time In-full (OTIF) delivery to Amazon, Walmart, and Target within a $353K CAPEX budget through leadership of 3 co-manufacturers and an 18-person cross-functional team.
